LOGO Soft Comfort 

It is recommended to always keep the LOGO Soft Comfort software up to date with the latest Upgrades/Updates. Updated software is required to be able to communicate with the latest device releases.

An Update improves the software within the same version e.g. from V6.0.17 to V6.1.12 via a Service Pack (SP). It is possible to update directly from Internet within LOGO! Soft Comfort or via downloading and installing the required files.

An Upgrade improves the software to a higher version, e.g. from V4 to V8.
This can be done via the internet directly within LOGO! Soft Comfort or downloading and installing the required files or purchasing the upgrade on a CD.
PREREQUISITE: A fully functional, original, licensed version of LOGO! Soft Comfort must already be installed.

Demo software

With a demo version of LOGO Soft Comfort, you can easily familiarize yourself with the LOGO!. You can create, simulate, archive and print out circuit programs via a PC for all LOGO! devices.

RESTRICTION: You cannot transfer (download or upload) the circuit programs to/from a LOGO!.
It is therefore also not possible to perform on-line monitoring or tests of a running program.
These features are only possible with a full version of the software.
A program developed with the demo software can be further developed and transferred afterwards with the full version!
As ideal tool for the familiarization is the WBT (first Steps with LOGO! 8).

Ý NGHĨA KÝ HIỆU AC1-AC2-AC3-AC4 TRÊN CONTACTOR

Theo tiêu chuẩn IEC 60947-5-1 của contactor có những ký hiệu trên ý nghĩa sau:
- AC: Dùng cho tải xoay chiều AC.
- DC: Dùng cho tải 1 chiều DC.

+ AC1: Dùng cho tải thuần trở như điện trở xấy, các tiếp điểm chính của Contactor được lựa chọn đóng cắt những tải có Cosphi lớn hơn 0,95. loại này áp dụng cho tất cả các tải AC có hệ số Cosphi trên 95%

+ AC2: Dùng đóng cắt cho tải động cơ không đồng bộ ( KĐB) rotor dây quấn, khởi động phanh nhấp nhả, hãm ngược, các tiếp điểm chính của contactor khi đóng kín mạch chịu tải khoảng 2,5 lần dòng In của động cơ.

+ AC3: Dùng đóng cắt cho tải động cơ KĐB rotor lồng sóc, tiếp điểm chịu tải khi khởi động bằng 5-7 lần dòng In của động cơ. thường dùng cho KĐC sao/tam giác, các mạch điện cầu trục.

+ AC4: Dùng cho tải động cơ rotor lồng sóc, phanh hãm ngược, nhấp nhả, đảo chiều quay.

+ DC2: Dùng cho động cơ DC kích từ song song, khi đang vận hành hằng số thời gian của tải khoảng 7,5ms các tiếp điểm chính đóng nó chịu dòng có giá trị khoảng 2,5 lần dòng In của động cơ.

+ DC3: Dùng cho động cơ DC kích từ song làm việc nhấp nhả, hãm ngược, hằng số thời gian mạch tải nhỏ hơn 2ms các tiếp điểm chính chịu dòng khởi động có giá trị khoảng 2.5 lần dòng In của động cơ.

+ DC4: Dùng để ngắt mạch phụ tải động cơ DC kích từ nối tiếp khi động cơ đang hoạt động bình thường, hằng số thời gian phụ tải khoảng 10ms các tiếp điểm chính chịu dòng khởi động có giá trị khoảng 2,5 lần dòng In của động cơ.

Các thông số trên mỗi hãng có kí hiệu khác nhau

- LS: MC-9a, MC-50a, MC-65a ... 

- Schneider: LC1 D09, LC1 D25 ...

- Mitshubishi: S-N 11, S-N 12,S-N 20, S-N 50...

Có nghĩa là contactor được sử dụng cho những tải có hệ số cosphi nhỏ như tải cảm của động cơ những con số 09,50,75,12,95 là dòng định mức In thông số của AC3
Ith: Là dòng maximum của contactor khi sử dụng với tải có hệ số công suất 0.85 đến 0.95 trở lên và nó chính là loại AC1
Ui: là điện áp cách điện của Contactor
Uimp: điện áp xung cách điện
